Why it matters
A qualification opens doors that experience alone cannot
South Africa's agricultural sector employs over 800,000 people — but formal qualifications remain out of reach for most workers who can't leave their farms or families to attend college full-time.
Scientia was built to change that. Our SETA-accredited NQF 4 and NQF 5 programmes are designed for people who are already farming, working in agribusiness, or building a rural livelihood — and need a paper qualification to match their practical skills.
All you need is a mobile phone, your ID, and your matric certificate. The rest, we make work around your life.
